Your role
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires good communication skills, understanding of anti-money laundering principles and passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Your main responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and deliver regular feedback/reports on client performance and progress to leadership.

Nice to have
- Proven experience as client manager or similar role, preferably in the Finance sector.
- Compliance knowledge regarding anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, and/or related legal frameworks; or knowledge of how banking or financial industry operations work.
- Prior experience working with data (e.g. SQL) and/or product development, data scientists and/or product engineers.
- A desire to beat financial crime.
What your day might look like
- You will fully own the post-integration customer experience for multiple customers concurrently – including contract management, daily support, product adaptations, demos, renewal negotiations, relationship management.
- You will work closely with the Data Science team and Engineers to provide feedback and product solutioning where necessary.
- You may also work with other teams like Sales, Legal to validate and facilitate their requests to customers or conduct product demos as a product expert.
- You will work to understand each customer’s ongoing product needs and collate useful use cases, workflows, requirements, and feedback for Product as the customer voice, separating the signal from the noise.
Location
You have to be an Estonian tax resident. For this role, we don’t offer relocation assistance and/or visa sponsorship.
