Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist
Your main focus areas:
Social media management:
Maintaining Salv social media accounts by creating engaging content that helps to drive our goals for brand building and sales.
Creating and publishing attractive & engaging goal-driven content that leverage off our various marketing activities (events, blogs, employer branding activities etc).
Helping to grow our social network and outreach by figuring out and experimenting with different strategies and helping to build meaningful connections with relevant industry stakeholders.
Social sales support:
Helping our sales team develop new strategies to attract leads via different digital channels (this could be via LinkedIn, newletters, events or other digital channels).
Helping to think of ways to convert our online fans into potential sales leads, and taking the steps to move them further along our sales funnel.
Supporting sales in lead generation and nurturing new leads - this could mean helping to create leads lists in LinkedIn sales navigator, reaching out to new connections, choosing what relevant content to share with whom.
Other marketing related activities:
- Supporting us on other marketing projects based on our quarterly goals. It can vary from online-offline events, newsletters, email marketing activities, employer branding campaigns, testing out landing pages etc.
Who you are:
Flexible and like change. One thing we know for sure is that things keep changing and we need someone who can adjust and refocus quickly. It might mean one month more focus on LinkedIn social sales, the other on employer branding or events support. The variety of topics you can contribute is broad – which is both exciting and challenging.
Passionate about digital marketing. Most of your working time is spent on different social platforms and digital channels. Don´t worry if you don’t know them all, you’ll learn all the necessary tricks, but it helps a lot if you’re genuinely passionate about understanding how different channels work.
Good with words, especially writing. A lot of your work is related to writing up short engaging stories and messages for different channels. We don’t expect you to be a natural born novelist, but knowing and enjoying putting the right words into compelling short messages is definitely a major bonus.
A really fast learner. We don’t expect you to be an expert in anti-money laundering or compliance. But to succeed in this role you’ll need to be able to learn new and rather complex things really fast.
A really curious person. Quite a lot of your work is also related to being up to date with what is going on in the FinCrime and AML industry, so you’ll need to be comfortable digging through a lot of different news and articles (even regulation occasionally) and other kinds of content.
Based in, or near, Estonia. Most of your colleagues are based in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia. All the work can be done remotely, but it definitely helps to be in the same time zone as from time to time you need to be able to come to meet us in our office.
