Your role
We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated professional to join our team as the Head of Marketing.
As the Head of Marketing, your main objective will be to drive our brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts via marketing driven channels. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with our long-term growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer with a proven track record of successful B2B marketing to financial institutions. The role reports to CGO.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals. Set clear objectives, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure the team’s success.
- Marketing analytics and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement a robust system for tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance. Provide regular reports on marketing initiatives, metrics, and ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
You will oversee
- Brand management and positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals in all marketing materials. Manage media relations and PR campaigns.
- Events management: Utilising industry events as one of the main marketing channels. Creating short and long-term strategies for attending and creating own events, cooperating with other stakeholders to ensure success and positive return of investment, grow our marketable database with each event.
- Digital marketing and online presence: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising. Maximize digital channels to generate leads, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee content strategy and development: help define and execute a content strategy that aligns with our target audience and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate on product launches, promotional activities, and customer segmentation strategies. Provide marketing support and materials to the sales team to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Market research and competitive analysis: lead market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Use market insights to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
Which skills and experience will make you successful
- Proven experience in B2B marketing targeted at financial institutions / legally obliged persons under AMLR.
- Experience in leading a multi-channel team while having in-depth knowledge of at least one highly relevant marketing channel (content, events, account based).
- Knows what good looks like for marketing automation within B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and navigate in a hectic yet exciting environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple parallel projects.
- Experience in marketing a product or service that is new in a market.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
