Your role
You will engage with clients to discuss their transaction monitoring/screening rule requests and translate them into Salv product requirements. You’ll collaborate with new clients to validate the structure, accuracy, and quality of their data. Additionally, you will write and optimize SQL and JMESPath queries and create custom data snapshots based on client needs. On a daily basis, you will work closely with our clients, Client and Onboarding Managers, and, when needed, our Product Engineering teams.
Your main responsibilities

Support clients with data mapping and data quality assessments during and after onboarding

Help clients with creating new or optimising existing scenarios (SQL and JMESPath queries)

Troubleshoot client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Create documentation and train clients on writing scenarios and rules

Create customised reports and optimise dashboards based on client requirements

Support impact analysis and resolution of incidents as needed

Support internal teams with data-related questions and contribute to improving processes and workload efficiency

Occasionally provide technical support during sales calls and product demonstrations
What skills will make you successful

You have at least intermediate proficiency in SQL and/or JMESPath

You have the ability to communicate clearly in a professional context

You are independent and have good time-management skills

You have strong analytical and prioritisation skills

You are detail-oriented (the devil is in the details when it comes to data quality)
It would be a bonus if a bunch of these things would be true of you

You have some experience with tools like Python or R
-
You enjoy diving deep into analytics, programming, logic, mathematics, statistics, and related fields

You have experience or some understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and/or fraud prevention, or you have a background in analytics or customer success roles
Where in the world will you be based
- This role requires you to be an Estonian tax resident, but we offer flexibility in terms of remote work within Estonia. While we are unable to provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship, we welcome candidates currently residing in Estonia who meet the legal requirements.
Compensation
- Monthly gross salary ranging from €3200 to €3400.
