Your role
Salv is investing heavily in marketing, in pursuit of our goal to become the category leader for FinCrime solutions in the financial services industry. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
You will play a critical role in driving Salv’s growth through strategic campaign planning and execution on a global scale. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, nurture leads, and manage a diverse portfolio of events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Salv’s marketing efforts and contribute to our mission of combating financial crime.
Your main responsibilities
Global Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive engagement across various channels, including digital, social, email, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, messaging, and creative assets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and optimise tactics to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
Regional Campaign Support:
- Provide support to regional sales teams in executing localised campaigns aligned with global strategies and objectives.
- Adapt global campaign assets and messaging to meet the needs of specific geographic markets, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Lead Nurturing Programs:
- Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey and accelerate conversion.
- Utilise marketing automation tools to deliver personalised content and communications based on lead behaviour and preferences.
Global Campaign Calendar:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar of global marketing campaigns, initiatives, and key milestones.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of campaign schedules with product launches, industry events, and other marketing activities.
Calendar of Events Management:
- Establish and maintain a calendar of events, including corporate events, partner activities, third-party conferences, webinars, and podcasts.
- Plan and execute event logistics, coordinate speaker participation, manage promotional efforts, and measure event success.
About you
Joining us as a Demand Generation Manager, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record in driving demand and managing successful marketing campaigns, particularly within the technology or financial services industry. While expertise in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot is desirable, what truly sets you apart is your strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
