Your main responsibilities
You will handle a broad range of legal matters and be expected to:

Draft and Review Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, internal policies, and other legal documentation.

Provide Proactive Legal Advice: Advise on legal matters such as AML, GDPR, employment law, corporate governance, IP law, and more.

Lead Legal Negotiations: Assist with negotiations and communication involving external parties, including clients, partners, regulators, and other authorities.

Manage Compliance and Legal Procedures: Oversee contract management, due diligence, and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

Monitor Legal Developments: Stay updated on legislative changes that may impact the business, and integrate necessary updates into company processes.

Support Product Development: Offer ongoing legal support to ensure product development aligns with applicable laws.

Develop and Improve Legal Frameworks: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Salv’s legal frameworks and procedures.

Core Legal & Professional Skills:

In-depth knowledge of AML, GDPR, contract law, employment law, corporate governance, and IP law.

Where in the world will you be based
- This role requires you to be an Estonian tax resident, but we offer flexibility in terms of remote work within Estonia. While we are unable to provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship, we welcome candidates currently residing in Estonia who meet the legal requirements.
